IDeA SIM SpA (“IDeA SIM”) is an independent “fee only” financial advisory firm.
It was set up in the form of S.p.A. in October 2009 by Idea Alternative Investments, which holds a 65% stake, Massimo Fortuzzi, who owns a 30% stake, and Luigi Arturo Bianchi, who owns a 5% stake.
With Resolution No. 17343 of May 25, 2010, Consob authorized IDeA Sim SpA pursuit to advice on investments as of art. 1, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, No 58, f).
IDeA Sim main feature is to offer an independent professional advising service about financial investments, without conflicts of interest and with total freedom for the customer to choose where to keep assets.
The IDeA Sim strategy is aimed at meeting the needs of private clients belonging to high net worth and ultra high net worth segment, providing both structured and comprehensive advisory services typical of family offices.
